AN ARTIST WHOSE WORK IS ALWAYS ON DISPLAY
A BIT ABOUT ME...
I've always considered myself to be one of the slightly odd, awkward art kids. I still am, I've just figured out how to embrace it, and found an industry that embraced me.
I've been a hairstylist for 13 years, in different cities, settling in downtown Indianapolis three years ago.
There are so many reasons I feel lucky to call this my job, my profession. I love making connections with people; I cherish the unique relationships with clients that comes with time and trust. I enjoy working through challenges with clients, and finding solutions that help them love their hair and bring about confidence. I appreciate working with an amazing product line that mirrors my passion for sustainability within this industry. I'm thankful for the freedom that comes with being a self employed stylist, and understand the dedication and drive that is required to have that.
Outside of the salon, I volunteer weekly at IACS, and am passionate about helping shelter dogs and promoting animal welfare in general. I camp as much as possible, ride my bike as much as I can, dig in the dirt, float in the water, travel to new places, and enjoy different experiences. My favorite thing at the end of the day is a cup of tea and my fluffy dog, Bruce.
